Gagan Sekhon has over 12 years of experience in the field of real estate law. He has a deep understanding of the complexities of real estate transactions and disputes, and works tirelessly to protect his clients' interests.

Education and Experience

 

Gagan was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario and obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University in 2008. He went on to study law at the University of Manchester and received his LLB (Hons) in 2011. Apart from English he is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.


Upon returning to Ontario, Gagan articled with a boutique personal injury law firm gaining exposure and experience in civil litigation. Gagan has been practicing real estate law since his call to the Bar in 2013. Gagan has enjoyed helping his clients navigate complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase, sale and refinance transactions.

Personal Life

In his free time Gagan enjoys spending time with his family including numerous outdoor activities with his daughter and two sons. Gagan has a passion for basketball, swimming, golfing and travelling.
